Instax Mini 7 Manual Trouble Shooting

The pictures are already taken and this problems occurs
| The picture taken is whitish | 1-The measure of light sorround the object is not appropiate. 2-The light adjustment setting is not proper/correct. 3-The picture was taken on a low temperature. (less than +5°C.) 4-The background/settings is black when the picture was taken. 5-The flash is blocked. |
1-Point or aim the lens to the object, then adjust the setting of light. 2-Point the lens through the center of the object and turn the light adjustment dial until the exact amount of light achieve. 3-Dont put the camera on a hot/warm surface for a long period of time; Never put the picture directly to the pocket/purse before it dries. 4-The light adjusment dial must test/try step by step to achieve the best light for the picture. 5-To prenevt some unnecesary light obstruction, camera must be hold on its proper position. |
| The picture taken was dark | 1-the object's meausure of light is not appropiate. 2-The dial adjustment is not in its correct function. 3-The picture was taken on a high tempeerature. (Not less than +40°C) 4-The picture was taken against the sunlight. 5-The flash radiation part is closed. 6-The background setting is all white when the picture was taken. 7-The flash didnt reach the appropiate light needed. 8-The picture was taken sorrounded by glass/mirror and reflects the flash of the pictures. |

(usually pictures taken from upside angle to the object could help to reduce reflections from glassed objects) |
| The picture was obscured | 1-The distance of the camera to the object while shooting was too close. 2-The lens of the camera was dirt/stain on it. 3-The camera moved when the picture was taken. |
1-Provide a not less than 0.6 m. distance between the camera and the object before taking the pictures.,br>2-make sure that the lens is clean before taking the pictures. 3-Make sure that the posture of the camera is fixed and not moving before pressing the shutter. |
| The picture has an unusual object on it | 1-After the picture comes out, a presure was put on it before it dries. 2-The picture is not smoothly taken. |
1-Dont push/stomp/bend the picture. 2-Dont put anything (finger, any object)on the way out/outlet of the film. |
| The sight on the peep window was different. | 1-Distance between the object and the camera was too close. | 1-Provide a not less than 0.6m distance between the camera and object. |

1-Change the battery. 2-Check the battery if is inserted properly. 3-The flash is charging, wait until this sign "arrow" sign disappear. 4-turn "ON" the camera by pushing the power button, wait until this sign "arrow" sign disappear of the liquid crystal screen. 5-take out the film pack and insert a new film pack.The flash adjusment is charging, please wait until it turns to green. |
| The Film cannot be inserted Smoothly | 1-The film is not compatible with the camera. 2-The film is not being inserted properly. |
1-Please use GENUINE Instax mini Fujifilm only. 2-make sure that the film pack's yellow mark is on the same line as the camera"s green mark when inserted the films. * Instax "Pivi" printers films are very similar to Instax cameras films but not compatible. * Always use original films from Fujifilm. |
| The Camera is still "OFF" even if i push the power button. | 1-The battery is already consumed. | 1-Change the battery for a new one. |
| The Counter screen indicates "E" on it. | 1-The camera has an incident of abnormality malfunction. | 1-take off the batteries and put it again correctly, push the "power" button to turn ON the camera. if this doesnt work, please contact to your vendor for information. |

1-Set the shade control to normal. 2-Dont put the camera on a cold places for a long period of time;Never put the pictures directly to your pocket/purse before it dries. 3-Set the shade control to D (darken) 4-To prevent blocking windows "AE" and "Flash", please hold the camera properly. |
| The picture was dark | 1-The shade control was set to D (darken) 2-The picture was taken on more than 5<+5°C./td> temperature. 3-The photo was taken against the sun. (light) 4-The "flash" "AE" was blocked. 5-The background is very bright than the object. 6-The flash is insufficient. 7-The photo was taken surrounded by glass or mirror, it rflect the photo. | 1-Set the shade control to NORMAL. 2-Dont put the camera on a hot/warm places for a long period of time; Never put the pictures directly to your pocket/purse before it dries. 3-At the luminous screen, adjust /set the control to the sign of "Flash" (arrow sign) this means that you requires a strong luminous light for the picture and the camera will shoot it. 4-Please hold the camera properly. 5-Set the shade control "L" (lighten) 6-Please keep a range/distance of 0.5 - 2.5m. to the object when taking the photo. 7-When the place is sorrounded by mirrors/glass, make sure that the camera is in the right angle. (usually pictures taken from upside angle to the object could help to reduce reflections from glassed objects) |

1-Make a distance of 0.5m above the object. 2-Adjust the distance of the object from the camera. 3-Please bring the camera to the nearest camera center for cleaning. 4-Please hold the camera firmly and push the shutter button, or set the camera to force luminous mode (make the flash sign appears (arrow) sign to automatically adjust the needed light indoor/outdoor. Due to this setting, the camera should be placed on the table or tripod to avoid sudden movements. If the camera cannot be fixed on one place without moving, set to "AUTO" mode. |
